How can I bypass security system to start car light wont go out?

There is no way to bypass the alarm system you need to reset the system to disarm it.

I will try that, I rescan that doesn't work what then I don't have another key someone says it's in the computer is that why you have to use key?

Scanning for codes should identify the problem as it maybe just a fuse of key need to be reprogrammed or not the security system at all so I would suggest getting it tot he dealer who can reset program the key for $120.00

Glad you got it going, here is more information

Passive anti-theft system uses PCM to enable or disable vehicle's engine. When system is functioning properly and ignition switch is turned to RUN or START position, THEFT indicator light will turn on for 3 seconds, then turn off. Vehicle will be enabled to start and run. If there is a problem in PATS, THEFT indicator light will flash rapidly or glow constantly for more than 3 seconds when ignition is turned to run or start.
