1997 Ford Taurus Won't start

I've replaced the Starter, Relay coil (I think), Ignition switch and new battery. It doesn't try to turn over like there may be a dead short. I removed the battery for a day to use some where else, when reinstalling the battery the car quit starting?

CAR WAS STARTING and running OK
you disconnect the battery and used it some where else and then reinstalled it back in the car and know the car will not start for you ???
if yes check the alarm system
remove the battery negative side place key in the ignition and turn it ON
reconnect the battery and try to start

need manual CHECK IT @
