1997 Ford Taurus won't start.

Car is a 97 Taurus GL, it has power, but when you turn the key to the on position, it won't crank. It's making a small click noise, which seems to be coming from a small box next to the battery. Any ideas? Or can anyone tell me what that box is?

Your battery is dead my good sir. Or the terminals are corroded and not making a complete connection. Clean up the terminals tighten down the clamps charge the battery or jump it
and you are good to go

Yes your radio may be on but, theres not enough juice to crank the engine
