Speedometer isnt working doesnt go up or down just doesnt move any suggestions?

If it's analog than the speedometer cable has most likely came loose, check the rear of the instrument cluster to ensure it's hooked up there. If it is than inspect it at the tranny side to make sure it's in there good as well.
