I have replaced my front left wheel bearing 2 times in the last 2 weeks, its like after 3 days it goes out and I can now move my tire again, why or what could be doing this?

It is being installed improperly, have it professionally done.

Make sure the grease/oil seals and bearing races are being replaced and installed squarely not uneavenly.

The steering knuckle could be internally damaged, which would require replacement, it happened to me. Bought a used one from a wrecking yard, have someone check it out. Are the bearings destroying themselves or is the nut coming loose? The nut is a one-use deal, it stretches from torque applied, recommended only one use
