possible dead spot on starter panel lights dim when ignition turned on
however could this be a starter relay malfunction

No crank at all/nothing/nada:

Could be one of the following the starter, starter relay, clutch switch/park and neutral switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good. If it doesn't apply ignore it
