Hello, my 1993 taurus cranks but will not start. It also has good fuel pressure (34psi) & spark. I have already replaced the iac valve, plugs & wires, cap & rotor, & fuel filter with no avail. It seems as if the fuel injectors are not opening. Please help shed some light on this.

I'm having a similar problem. The factory Ignition Control module (ICM) has been superseded in some aftermarket replacements, and can cause the problem you're having.
I've also read that the COIL, like plug wires, is particularly susceptible to moisture and humidity, influencing Spark.
Unless you have other specific reasons to believe the Fuel delivery is impeded, you might want to check ALL above.
Fuel: Do you hear the Fuel pump engage when you turn the ignition to its first position? I assume you ruled this out, along with the issue of Compression: Need all three.
