I have a 88' ford taurus that will turn over but will not start.I woke up to this problem.I've checked fuses, plugs, fuel pump, timing, and even sprayed ether into the intake port. Is there a way to clean or check the injectors without the car running? Thanks for any tips

I would suspect spark issue
if it was fuel or injector it would've starter when you sprayed it

Did you check for spark
check module and coil

do a compression test

I've got spark, did a compression test too. If someone sabotaged my fuel could that have clogged my injectors or fuel filter/pump? Thanks again

Just a note :
by spraying either in the intake port
you are bypassing fuel pump and injectors and fuel system
If you have correct timing and firing order
you have good spark and compression
engine should start on the either as you are spraying and stall when you stop
spraying

good luck
