Just recently the four wheel drive wont ingage when the truck is cold, but when I warm it up I hear the relay behind the glove box click, then it will engage. Strange. Maybe a problem with the relay or whetever I hear clicking?

I would start by replacing the relay behind the glove box. It could be going bad, and it is a cheap part. If that doesn't help, I need you to check to see if the actuator on the side of the transfer case is getting power.

Let me know what you find.
