2000 Ford Ranger power sterring fluid

Power Steering Fluid. I think my truck needs power steering fluid added. But I have looked all under the hood but cannot locate where you add it. Can you help with the location of where the power steering fluid is added.

On top of the resivoir there is a black cap twist couter clock wise until it clicks and pull off that is where you add the fluid its better to do it while the fluid is cold, also ford has noisy steering
