I disconnected my battery terminals to clean carosion off and then reconnected them, almost 2 weeks ago. I brought my truck in for an inspection and they told me nothing has come online yet and it should have only taken 3 heat cycles, why wont it come online?

It depends on which monitors aren't setting.
The evap system for example needs to have the fuel tank between 1/4 and 3/4 gals of fuel. IT only runs from a cold start and takes two consectives times like this to run.

Which monitors have not run?
