When the a/c is in the max mode the air is cold. When switched to normal it blows hot. Damper on fire wall is working. Compressor is operating, full charge of refrigerant. Switch control head is functiioning properly. Any ideas/

I am having the same issue. I am working with someone to figure out how to fix it. I have been told it could be the vacuum hose that opens and closed the door on the firewall. If I get an answer I will let you know.
