1994 Ford Ranger will not start

1994 Ford Ranger 4 cyl 99105 miles

engine stoped replaced timing belt coil electronic control module crankshaft sensor, engine turns but will not start there is a spark going to coil but not going to plugs, can someone please help.

Close order inspection on the rotor and cap it has to make it out of there to get to the plugs.

That's if in fact its coming out from the coil center tower-
