1994 Ford Ranger brake clicking while driving

I just changed brakes today on the front of my ranger now for some reason I have a realy annoying clicking sound that starts while im driving an stops wile im braking what can this be coused by?Its raly driving me nuts please help

Assuming you have disc brakes on the front, did you put an anti-rattle clip on them?

Well the brakes diddent come with something like that the pads clip on the caliper but thats it I bought the brakes from my local murry's automotive store.I get the rattle from any bump or inperfection in the road but it will stop if I have brakes applied
