1986 Ford Ranger Won't start!

The vehicle will not get power to the fuel pump. I have to prime to keep running. It acts like it's not receiving enough fuel.

Check the fuel pressure if it's within specs.

Check and test the fuse, inertia switch and fuel pump relay-
