1985 Ford Ranger Cant start my Car!

My car would not start, and I thought the battery was old so I put a new one in. However, it still wont start and the relays underneath the dash click like crazy. I replaced them too but the car still will not start and the lights will not come on. HELP!

1. My car would not start, Do you mean it cranks over and refuses to start or won't crank at all?

2. The lights will not come on. What lights? Headlights or the Dash lites when key at run position?

My car will not even turn over
none of the lights work at all
and there is a rather incessant clicking in the relays

Start by testing the fusible links and the ignition switch then comeback-

I found out the issue!
A fuse from my newly installed subwoofer broke and was causing a short
now it works fine
