1995 Ford Probe won't start

The other day I went through a bigger size puddle. My car ended up shutting off and not wanting to start, it was clicking but no luck. I got it towed possible Hydro-locked so I took it apart and pulled out water that went into it. But it Still is only Clicking. Could it be that the starter went or something else when it got wet, Or am I going to have to by a New Engine? Thanks.

First replace the starter relay if that gets wet it will cause this problem, if that doesn fix it have the starter tested, in one of these two you should find your problem.
