1989 Ford Probe 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

The headlights on my 1989 Ford Probe both turn on but only the drivers side. The passenger side will not lift. Is there a manual lift on it or do I have to fix the lift system. I have been told a couple different thing. One guy told me that there was an elerctric motor and another guy told me its vacuum operated. Which is true?

Hi, our database showed three Probes, I looked at the GL. It showed that the retractor was electrical. The databases are not always correct. I'd have to look at it.
