96 Tahoe fuel pressure regulator, how to change it safely

I need to replace my pressure regulator and cant find it, I was told it is under the plentum, some where under the throttle body.

if you can email me pics or infom on how to change this I would greatly appreciate it very much. I cant afford to take it in and be charged 200 bucks or some thing like that.

The easiest thing to do is get the Haynes repair manual for chevy trucks. It only costs about $15 and it describes in detail how to change the regulator and all the troubleshooting[maybe it's not the regulator?]. Handy to have in any case because it covers everything from bumper to bumper.
