2005 Other Ford Models dash board

I have a motor home built on a 2006 ford truck chassis. The 3 knob cluster has become unattached from the back of the dash board. It has come loose on the left or drivers side so I do have some access to the back. There is a screw w/ a large washer head that appears to have shaken loose. Can't seem to figure out what and where it goes. Suggestions?

Has it affected your engine or your driving in any way? I know things that come loose look bad but if nothing has changed then maybe it wasn't that important in the first place. :)
