1998 Ford Mustang Squeaking sound from rear end

Recently I have noticed a squeaking sound coming from the rear end of the car. It seems more prevalent the longer I drive the car and the more it is warmed up. You can hear it a little when the car is parked and you push down on the back end.

I have a 95 and it had squeaking problem too. Im not 100% sure if this is it but defiantly check because its simple. There are two hoses (I think there brake hoses) that are under the driver door kinda by the back wheels, they ride up against the under carriage of the car so just spray some lube and see if that helps.
