1998 Ford Mustang Fuses blowing

Fuse #1 block blows when starting car. Takes out numerous functions including turn sigs. Can u help me?

Well if I read the wiring diagram right that is your instrument cluster fuse. If this is true and you have a digital multi meter then get back to me and we do a couple of tests to see if you cluster is bad. If need be get back to me via private message ok.
