1998 Ford Mustang blown # 1 fuse in fuseblock

I am blowing # 1 fuse in this fuseblock repeatedly. It blows when the car is started.I know this fuse handles quite a few items. Can u help me/?

This one may take you a while but it will save you alot opposed to taking it in and having it done. Figure out everything that is run threw this fuse disconnect them one by one and using a volt meter test each connector. They should all have around the same voltage on the hot wires, if any of them is lower voltage then that wire is opening the circuit and you will have to find where its grounded out.
