1996 Ford Mustang Air Conditioning only coming from windscr

Air Conditioning problem
1996 Ford Mustang Manual

When I turn the air conditioning on it will only blow out of the windscreen outlets. It will not come out of the air vents or anywhere else, even if I have selected them. Any help?

Problem in blend door control maybe the master select switch or a loss of vacuum supply. In heat mode still out the top?

Yep, In heat mode still out the top only, nothing from the air vents and very little from the floor.
