1992 Ford Mustang Signal Lights not flashing

Electrical problem
1992 Ford Mustang 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 290 Km miles

When I attempt to signal left or right, the lights light up but do not flash. When I turn on the hazard lights all the lights that are supposed to flash do. I do not know what the problem is.

Test the turn signal flasher or replace it-see below for location-Good Luck

So I m guessing from the diagram that the turn signal flasher is not located on the actual fuse panel with the hazard light flasher?

The hazard flasher is located at item no.7 in the diagram
