1975 Ford Mustang Car dies when I go up hill PLEASE HELP

Hello Folks, I'm really hoping someone can help me. I have a 1975 mustang II when I get on it or when I drive up a hill my car acts like it runs out of gas. I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, soaked and rebuilt carb. I'm at a loss if anyone can please help This is our only car. Callmecain@hotmail. Com or 360 679 4980

Can be a bad spark plug wire, try changing wires. Also check the catalic converter maybe its bad. Hopefully its not the distributer.
