Will not start in winter

My Ikon 1.6 XL started last year with this problem. It will not always start in winter times and then if I unlock it on the driver side the horn goes of and hazards. My central locking remote key also stopped working I have replaced the battery, still not working. Now it is winter again, having problems again starting. I still have to open the door on the passenger side. I replaced the battery also. Please help.

We have no information on this car as it is not in US. Try to reset your security system kind of sounds like that is the problem. If it will not reset a mechanic will need to see what the problem is with the security system by scanning it with a scanner.
