2007 Ford Fusion heated seats

The driver side wont come on. The light flickers on then off. It wont filcker again till the care is restarted. Not sure why it wont work. The passenger side works fine

I have a 2006 Fusion with the exact same problem. Passenger side is working fine. I checked the fuses and they are good. The drivers seat is a power seat and it all functions normally. I await an answer also.

My sister's 2006 Fusion is having the EXACT same problem. Could there a link between the heated seat feature and the driver power seat option? Electrical short? Please reply. Thanks.
