2003 Ford Focus ZTW No Working Gauges

2003 FORD FOCUS

I have a 2003 Ford Focus and once the car warms up all the guages go dead I have tried restarting the vehicle but the guages do not come on again until the car has been shut off for about 8 hours, does anyone have any suggestions.
