2000 Ford Fiesta Front Wheel Drive Manual 70000 miles

hi, my car doesnt like starting chugs for couple seconds den starts at low idle then raises up to normal. Its been on diagnostics no fault codes! Ive changed coil pack, ht leads, sparkplugs, fuel filter & air filter.?

Start by checking the battery is good !

Well I have and the starter motor, its just been on a diagnostics no fault codes so bit lost.
