1994 Ford Falcon 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Hi there, I have a ford falcon ED 94 sedan, as I was on my way home, the engine died, and I waited for 10 mins and started up and it goes again. It happens four times last month. The engine stalled, and I waited for approx 10 mins and started up and it goes again, the only thing I can think of is the fuel pump maybe need replacing. Or maybe something serious. Your answer will be appreciated.

Next time it dies out don't wait 10mins do below immediately to determine if its fuel or spark problem

Disconnect a sparkplug wire or 2 and ground it to the engine -have helper crank engine over-do you have a snapping blue spark? If so-you have a fuel related problem, check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter/fuel pump/pressure regulator and listen to the injector/s are they pulsing or hook up a noid light. No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors- Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it
