1995 Ford F350 7.3 diesel engine

I recently purchased a 95 ford f350 w/ 7.3 diesel dual tanks and I had to have front tank drain (unleaded fuel) after this was done and re-filled w/ diesel I drove truck on front tank and as I was driving I started losing power and I then notice fuel filter light on . I switch to rear tank and fuel light went out and I re-gained power. What might cause this and How many fuel filters is actually on this truck

There is only one fuel filter on a 1995 F-350, unless its been modified. Although just another owner, sounds to me like your front tank is not sending fuel to the filter bowl. When you switched back to rear tank and it regained fuel. And started running correctil again.

1995, F350, Dually, 7.3, with 355,000 miles
