1995 Ford F350 Acceleration

Cold start engine idles but when pressing the accelerator the "check engine light" comes on and will not accelerate. Then after pumping the accelerator it accelerates for short distances then light comes on again and the engine idles but does not accelerate. Then when shifting often light will again come on and acceleration ceases but engine continues to idle. I also noticed if having to use my wipers, that when the wiper returns to the rest position the "check engine" light comes on and acceleration stops and idle continues.

First thing is read the codes, do it this way: Jump the two termnals shown together and turn key to "ON" and count the flashes... a 22 will flash as 2 flashes then a short pause, then 2 flashes, if more than one code is stored, the pause will be longer. The codes will display three times and end with 11 or 111. Write them down and post here. First do this with the key on engine off, then again with it running.
