Hi.I have a 2001 ford 250,84600 miles, diesel. When you hit thr brakes it will go to bouncing and shaking in the front, but it wont do all the time, can go 2 or3 days all is good then it will do it again. Ive replaced the brake pads, roters, and the clapter on the right side. Tie rods are good also no play. All these parts are new not used. If you can help fix this you will get a good donation. Thanks russ

Oh Yea! Good donation

Do you have an ABS? Remember sometime when brake rotors are new its warped and needs an initial rough resurfacing. When the rotors has excessive runout and parallelism it will cause your problem.

BRAKE PEDAL PULSATION:

Indicates a warped brake rotor that needs to be resurfaced or replaced. The faces of a rotor must be parallel (within.0005 inch on most cars) and flat (no more than.003 inches of runout as a general rule on most cars and trucks, but some cars cannot tolerate any more than.0015 inches of runout).

Excessive runout can be corrected by resurfacing the rotors in place with an on-car brake lathe, or by installed special tapered shims between the rotors and hub to correct the runout. A source for these tapered shims is Brake Align. Do not forget the wheel bearings (if serviceable) -- they all need to be cleaned, inspected and repacked with grease. New grease seals will also be needed.
