Going down the road my truck feels every bump in the road(very very rough even for a truck) the front end also shakes really bad and the front wheels will flop and shake back and forth also shakes badly when braking but all the front end parts are tight when checked seems to be in line steering wheel is tight and the truck does'nt wonder any

There is a technical service bulliten on F250 and F350 4X4 with gas engines for this. It entails a new steering damper, and resetting the front caster angles on alingment to new specs. Call Ford and reference TSB#07-10-10
