2004 Ford F-250 Light & wiper functions

I have a 2004 F-250 FX4 5.4L 64k on it. When I turn my parking lights on the right turn indicator arrow goes on steady but dim. When I turn the headlights on the arrow goes on bright and the windshield washer fluid pumps fluid out. Then if I turn the right signal on, the fluid comes fast and slow in time with the blinking of the turn signal light. Another website recommended I try to disconnect 2 wires in the steering column, and if that worked it was most likely the multi function switch. I disconnected the 2 wires and turned on the head lights the washer fluid did not come out so I spent the $149 on the new multi switch and the problem is still there. Here is a little more info, when I turn the parking lights on and pull the lever on the multi switch towards me for high beams the washer fluid pumps out On that switch when you push it away from you it stays there and the high beams say on. Also when I pull the lever towards me the right turn indicator comes on it doesn't blink, just on. Any additonal advice on this would be great before I waste more money.
