2000 Ford F-250 still have power after engine is turned off

2000 Ford F250 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

when I turn off truck and take the key out, all may electical still works, fan heater lights etc. The back outside dome light goes on and off and there is sometimes a buzzing from underneth the hood

The ignition switch may be stuck/faulty. Still getting live after you have removed key?/

IGNITION SWITCH
Removal & Installation
Disconnect negative battery cable. Unlock instrument panel steering column cover retainers, and carefully remove cover to prevent damage to cover locating tab. Twist and remove tilt wheel handle and shank, if equipped. Remove lower steering column shroud screws, and remove shroud. Remove bolt from ignition switch harness connector, and disconnect connector. Remove 2 ignition switch screws, and remove ignition switch. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten 2 ignition switch screws to 53 INCH lbs. (6 N.M).
