1986 Ford F-250 Engine won't turn over

For the last two months the engine has been making a slight clicking noise. Then as I was driving it the noise got really loud like the fan was hitting, the power steering line blew out and the engine died. When I tried to start it up the starter engaged then immediatly disengaged, and the engine doese not rotate. Does anybodey have any ideas where I should start?

Remove all belts and try to spin turn the crank shaft place a socket and a ratchet on the center bolt of the crank shaft and try to turn clockwise
if not suspect internal engine failure
