1988 Ford F-250 wont turn over

I have a 1988 Ford F250 and it won't start. It doesn't turnover. The lights, radio, and dashboard lights come on. I've changed the solenoid, battery, coil, ignition module, engine control module, and the fuel pump. Any suggestions on what else could be wrong? I've checked the wiring and everthing is intact.

Yes. The engine won't turnover but everything electrical turns on.

Are you getting spark and good fuel pressure to the engine?

Is there juice in and out of ignition switch? Is there a clutch switch to prevent starts in gear?

I'm not if I could really tell now since the truck won't start but when it did last Saturday there was spark. The truck not starting seem to coinicide with the new battery. Also, I'm not sure about the clutch switch.

I need you to check to see if there is spark to the plugs and fuel to the engine.

If you ever started it without pushing in the clutch then there is no safety switch. Has the truck ever started with the new battery? You would not believe how many assorted vehicle questions here are just like yours! 1 guy spent $900 on a saturn and still no start! You could rig a starter switch till you figure it out? Better than spending a fortune although you got a good start(pun)!
