Your engine has whats called coil on plugs for every spark plug there is a coil. Here is a guide to help you find the coil that is not working

I've had a similar problem as many people with the misfiring of a cylinder, when I pull the code, PO354, coil D malfunction, how does this correlate to the cylinder number? I have yet to find anything, on the internet anyways, showing me COP wiring diagram.

Apparently the code reader I have does in fact just list cyclinders 1-8 as A-H, so D, cylinder 4, had a bad coild pack and fouled plug. Replaced and works fine now.
