I have an ford f 150 1997 with the milage of 160000 here is my question. My truck misses
when it is idling and hesatates to take off I can put my hand on the exhaust and feel the miss.
could you tell me what it could be?

Do a wet/dry compression test to rule out a bad valve. Lower than 80 it's a valve and wont change wet or dry.

Check the passenger side 02 sensor, that is most likley your problem.
