Leaking antifreeze

I have a 99 Ford F150 V8 with 86,000 miles on it. Its been leaking antifreeze. Looked under the hood and it seems to be leaking out around the evaporator. There is a strong sweet smell inside the truck, I'm guessing thats coming from the antifreeze leaking out? I've also seen fine white smoke or vapors coming out from the vents inside the truck while driving. Has the evaporator gone bad, or could it be the heater core. Could it be something else?

Evaporator is for the a/c not the cooling system so it wouldn't have any antifreeze in it. Since you're getting that smell and seeing the vapor, it's gonna be the heater core. Let us know how it goes or if you need more help.
