Fan Blower only works on High !

Hello everyone. I have a 1999 f-150 v8 4.6 with 288,000 km.

My heat and air works fine, but only on High. What is the first step that I should look at?

Inspect and test the blower motor resistor

Hi, sorry I am new to this. Is the resistor on my truck located under the glove box? What do I need to do as far inspection?

The blower motor resistor is near the blower motor. Replace it-
