The blower comes on, but a steady flow of cool air is all that comes out. Why is that? What could be the problem?

Are you saying you get no heat out of the heater?

That is correct. I get no heat, nor do I get any A/C when I turn that on. All that happens is the blower comes on and blows cool air into the cab. I do have control over whether it blows to my feet, to the defrost setting so it blows on the window, etc indicating that it isn't the control knob. I just can not control the temperature.

Alright, since that is the case I would check to see if the heater blend door is sticking and not moving freely since you have only 1 temperature no mater what.
