2005 Ford F-150 clicking noise from engine

Ever since I had my oil and filter changed I am hearing a clicking noise that seems to be coming from the engine every now and then. My engine light has not come on but I am concerned that some thing may have happened at the oil change. What do you think?

Hows the oil pressure? I've heard of poor quality gas causing this? I had a tiny crack in an EGR valve tube that created a "clicking" sound under acceleration. Eventually opened up into a large leak, throwing an error code, which pin pointed this problem.
