My truck idles rough, and when applying gas pedal, it stutters and bucks, until I let off or get up to about 65 to 70 mph. Have pulled and cleaned all vacuum lines, no leaks found, cleaned MAF, and just replaced DPFE sensor. Still the same. Have codes 0301, 0304, 0171, 0401. Any help would greatly appreciated. Driving me nuts.

Lean fuel condition could be caused by one of the following below:

1. Vacuum leaks
2. EGR and PCV valve.
3. Low fuel pressure.
4. Dirty fuel injectors.
5. Mass Air Flow Sensor.
6. Oxygen Sensor.
