DUal Filter relocation kit Throttle body spacer dual exhaust w/pipe k&N intake JET chip, under drive kit, lower temp thermostat.(5.4L n/a)

thats what I have heres whats going on. My truck seems to be running well but ever couple hundred mile of reseting the check engine light it will come on again. I have a seperate filter for the valve cover breather and the extra vaccume spot for that is just t'd in with some vaccum line that goes behind the engine. I cant tell whats going on. I cant think of what would keep doing it and most the time it comes on during a start up. I drove 115miles today 70-80mph straight no problem. I go to wal-mart come back out start the truck BAM! Like. Please Help Me its a pet peave to have Check engine lights on for me.

Thanks
Dean

First check the pcv line where it hooks to the intake, they fail and collapse causing a vacuum leak and the lean code. Could also be the MAF sensor, the K&N filters put a fine mist of oil on them and can cause premature failure. Try getting a MAF cleaner to see if it helps. Also try using a littel carb cleaner to spray around the intake to see if you can find any other vacuum leaks.
