The AC seems to be working fine for about 10 to 15 minutes, then it sounds like a damper or somthing flaps then it starts blowing HOT air. I can turn the truck off and start it back up and it will sometimes start blowing cold again but after some time back to hot. Any Ideas?

The blend air door is going bad. It determines if you get AC or heat in the cab. If you hear it close, it is opening up the heater core and closing the AC off.

Have that checked and let me know what you find.

Testing the system, while HOT, a test light showed power to the clutch but it was not engaging the compressor. I found the clutch coil would release when hot and would reengage when it cooled enough.
To resolve the issue I replaced the entire compressorclutchcoil, accumulator, orifice tube and condenser. Pulled a vacuum on the system, recharged with R134. Blowing 37F again nice!
