Have you checked fuses? Does the fan work on any of the speeds?

Fuses r fine that I seen does it have a relay switch I don't know about. Fan not working at all

IF they did in 98, it will be under the hood with the rest of the relays. I think you need to check if there is power to the fan motor. The motor itself may be bad.
