Check the wiring harness to the PCM and make sure it is tight and clean. Keep in mind, the ignition module is an integral component in the PCM. If it is bad, the PCM will need replaced. Also, make sure the theft light isn't staying on.

Let me know what you find.

Yes the pcm is the specific model for my truck, Today I put some starting fluid and the truck tried to start, I look for some kind of sound from the fuel punp when I put the key in on position, and there is not a hummning is just a little noise. But I replaced the pump before. Not for a new one but for one in good condition.

It sounds like the fuel pump is bad. Have you checked fuel pump pressure?

Here are directions and a video for checking fuel pump pressure. It is easy to do, but you will need a fuel pressure gauge. Most parts stores will lend or rent them to you.

If it doesn't start with starting fluid, then the problem lies in the ignition system. Yes, rain can play a role in the problem.

What I need you to do is a simple test. At night, in the dark, start the engine, open the hood, and mist water on the ignition components to see if anything is arcing. It there is an arc, replace that component.
